Dear Valued Customers

Russells re-opened on 18th May 2020. Some extra measures have been put in place to increase the safety of our staff and customers, including limiting the number of people on site, and in the shop area. There may be some queues at busy times as we work hard to ensure your, and our safety. Our baskets and trolleys are all being regularly sterilised.

The gardens, maze, and wildflower river meadow will remain off limits due to car parking restraints, and maintenance staff being reassigned.

The Café will NOT be open, remaining closed until further notice.

Please remember that the pandemic has not gone away, and shop responsibly. We can only allow two members of a household to shop together. Thank you for your patience.

PLEASE NOTE: Stocks of popular items are proving very difficult to source at the present time, as the distribution and supply industry gets back on its feet. We are sorry that we cannot offer the full range of everything we normally do. New supplies are arriving weekly.

During these challenging times we have been offering a contactless home delivery service, which is free of charge to our vulnerable customers in the local area. This service will continue for our vulnerable customers who are unable to travel, from within CV3, CV4, CV5 and CV8 postcodes only for now.
